They fixed something that another big box jeweler down the road could not fix and when the other jeweler who not refund my money, Fifth Avenue offered to refund the money. Great jewelry store. Service is fantastic.. Went in for appraisal and ended up buying a beautiful piece. I highly recommend this jewelry store..
