Based on the cart we wanted, we shopped dealers. Parts n Carts won. They know their products, set realistic expectations, and no pressure. Since our purchase, we experienced a bit of a learning curve. Our decision to purchase from them was confirmed as the right decision because of their quick responses to our texts. It was after hours, but they responded within moments. Product support after the purchase is sooo important!

The golf cart store called "Parts and Carts" in the Sun City Plaza (not far from the post office) is always a pleasure because the staff are great! & because they take excellent care of my golf cart -maintenance, and anything else I need. They are efficient, cheerful, polite, and their prices are very reasonable. The other golf cart store in the Plaza where I had bought my cart - those people didn't even have chairs for customers to sit on and made us wait outside in the heat and humidity on a steel bench, - ridiculous! At Parts and Carts, they have comfortable indoor chairs and water and coffee. Waiting there is a delight! But most importantly, they keep my golf cart in top shape. I went there because 2 of my friends highly recommended Parts and Carts, and now I would never go anywhere else! - Deborah
