Excellent. I used another company before and after two weeks of back and fourth, I contacted OTW Mounts. Kevin was here the next day. Updated review:We accidently sent two monthly payments to 'Kevin' via Zelle for a different Kevin in January and February 2026. When it was discovered that the money had been sent to Kevin at OTW Mounts we reached out and asked that the $ be returned. The work they had done for us was a one time job and paid the same day. They have refused to return the funds.Original review: (5/5 Stars)Very helpful in getting everything organized starting with the initial phone call,. I have used OTW mounts for my personal home when moving, he has done our tv's, patio tv and even hung pictures for me while on site. We recently used him for our office tv's, he arrived at our old office and removed the tv's and then transported them carefully to our new office and hung them all. communication is top tier, and you can't beat his pricing for the work he provides. i will always recommend him.

I really enjoyed the service Kevin provided. He was able to mount my 65 inch TV within 30 minutes. He took time to explain the process, demonstrate how to adjust the wall mount and even came prepared with a dust pain to clean up the residue from drilling. I highly recommend his services!
