We were contacted to confirm our appointments ahead of the procedure day. That morning we’re were greeted by Shawn and Julissa at the front desk. Both ladies were considerate and helpful during the intake process. They took the time to explain that due to Summer hours the facility was short staffed and there was a brief wait. This is definitely appreciated versus sitting around and not knowing what’s going on. Shortly after we were called in by the technicians and about 15 minutes later our MRI’s were completed. We walked out with discs and reports being forwarded to our Doctors. It was a pleasurable experience at Open MRI of Bala Cynwyd and we highly recommend the facility. - Joel & Yolanda Hobson
