I had previously given this business a 5 star review but have been completely ghosted. They were scheduled to come do a project 2.5 weeks ago and never showed up. No response to text, phone calls or emails since then. Very disappointed.Update (1.5wks later): despite the response below, I have still had zero contact. Unfortunately I may be forced to escalate matters at this time.

Owners are good people just brief lack of communication everything resolved.

You accepted a $275.00 deposit in April 2026 and we haven’t heard from you since, despite leaving voicemail, text messages and an email. You know no one will hire a lawyer for a $275.00 issue. You take advantage of seniors. It is now 2 days later and Vanir hasn’t responded. They are a very dishonest company.

Gave you a very large deposit in March 2026 and you have ghosted me since early May. I’m prepared to take legal action if not resolved by June 23.

Pricey. Tried a work around to initial cost for lawn service and never got any quote or agreement thereafter. I don't want to say the business "ghosted" us but very much appears so sadly. They were $30 above what I currently have now and insurance was blamed as part of the reason, which from my finding is around $1 a cut. My advice would be look elsewhere, you will definitely not be getting anything reasonable with this place.

I cannot say enough great things about this company! From the very first consultation to the final walkthrough, they were professional, creative, and incredibly attentive to every detail. They completely transformed my outdoor space into something straight out of a magazine.
