I recently called Heritage Oak Glen, a 55+ community, to get information about an empty lot, and I was genuinely impressed with the experience. The manager, Rebecca, was incredibly helpful from the moment she answered the phone. She took her time explaining everything clearly and made sure I understood all the details.What really stood out was her professionalism and warm attitude. She mentioned that she loves her job, and it truly shows in the way she talks to people. It’s not often you come across someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely pleasant to speak with. I felt comfortable asking all my questions.I really appreciate her patience, positivity, and the level of care she puts into her work. Excellent customer service like this deserves to be recognized.

Best decision i could have made was to move here.I love my house and the low maitenance i have now.Vary nice park in a perfect location.great neighbors.Activities,beautiful pool,billiards and lots more.The neighborhood is perfect for walking too.

The people here are adults and everybody has a friendly attitude and act like adults. If you choose to up grade your space nobody has a problem with it and only give compliments. The management is just Plaine down to earth and good natured. She shows respect to everybody equally and the same in return. I believe I can be happy living here.A nice place to live.
