Joe was super kind and professional. He came out to assess our situation and was completely honest and transparent about what services they could provide as well as what they weren’t able to do and what his recommendations were. It turns out that our issue most likely wasn’t a plumbing problem and he didn’t try to push us to do any unnecessary interventions for which we were very grateful. The house visit was complimentary and he wouldn’t accept any compensation other than requesting we use them for any plumbing needs in the future, which we certainly will. They were also one of the only companies that responded to my online request right away and got us promptly scheduled for a visit. I would definitely recommend them!
