Fantastic experience!! My back feels great! Although i saw negative responses, i decided not to let that make me shy away. The ladies were professional and did their thing. The space was very comfortable and smelled great. My fiance has nerve damage in his foot and felt very good when we left. I will ask if you have to request your hands and legs. Overall... satisfied customer.Great job, ladies. We will be back soon! Less

Negative 1000 stars for this place cause I got ripped off buying a Groupon and didn't receive the service. After purchasing a 90 minute massage for $78, I tried to schedule an appointment. Nobody answered the phone after repeated attempts. Then I went there hoping to grab a walk-in. It was a building with other businesses, but Pure Relaxation Day Spa didn't exist. I contacted Groupon through messaging. First someone who claimed to be the spa contacted me through text 10:30 at night asking me to send details of the Groupon I purchased. Because this screamed sketchy, I didn't respond and contacted Groupon again. Then someone from Groupon emailed me around 1am and asked for my order number, assuring me they wanted to address the concern. In spite of the time being weird again, I emailed the order number. It has been 3 days now and I haven't heard anything. Sad that one cannot have confidence to buy a Groupon for anything, let alone someplace intended to relax. It's anything but relaxing to run into low life people attempting to scam. I will also be reporting this to the Federal Trade Commission. (FTC) Less
