Negative 1000 stars for this place cause I got ripped off buying a Groupon and didn't receive the service. After purchasing a 90 minute massage for $78, I tried to schedule an appointment. Nobody answered the phone after repeated attempts. Then I went there hoping to grab a walk-in. It was a building with other businesses, but Pure Relaxation Day Spa didn't exist. I contacted Groupon through messaging. First someone who claimed to be the spa contacted me through text 10:30 at night asking me to send details of the Groupon I purchased. Because this screamed sketchy, I didn't respond and contacted Groupon again. Then someone from Groupon emailed me around 1am and asked for my order number, assuring me they wanted to address the concern. In spite of the time being weird again, I emailed the order number. It has been 3 days now and I haven't heard anything. Sad that one cannot have confidence to buy a Groupon for anything, let alone someplace intended to relax. It's anything but relaxing to run into low life people attempting to scam. I will also be reporting this to the Federal Trade Commission. (FTC) Less

We went for a couples massage. The place was very clean and the massage therapist were very professional. They did a wonderful job on my husband‘s lower back. It it was a overall very relaxing experience. Less

do not book with these people they will take your money and give you times that don't work for you. They're very unprofessional, they don't answer the phone, and they don't keep their word. I purchased a Groupon 2 weeks ago call the same day didn't get an answer actually called 3 days in a row. once I got through to someone the girl answer with an attitude then told me that I had to text them my desired day and time and send them a screenshot of my purchase, they have Specific Instructions to only text once and they will respond within 24 hours. when I sent my text they didn't respond until I reached out the Groupon over 24 hours later. now they're refusing to give me my refund back because the times that they did send does not work for me. they have bad customer service, they're very rude and they don't have any type of phone etiquette. this business should not be active at all. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!! Less
