Booked a couples massage with my partner and everything was great! Yes the building does look sketchy but that doesn’t take away from the service, hospitality, or the experience. Our girls that gave us a massage were very thorough my only complaint is that it could’ve been a deeper massage but it was relaxing nonetheless. For the groupon price I’m not mad, would come back here again Less

I contacted the merchant right after I purchased the Groupon. On the Groupon it states to CALL for an appointment. I did the next day. Then they told me I had to send dates and a screen shot of the voucher. Two days later they contacted me and asked for the names and phone numbers/emails of the 2 people attending. I immediately sent both names with my phone number. I explained it was a surprise and didn't want him called. It wasn’t till the next day they told me my appointment was no longer available because I didn’t give 2 numbers. Non of this is indicated in the Groupon. I would have never purchased it if I couldn’t keep it a surprise. Later that afternoon I will be having a surgery for skin issue and I don’t know when I will be able to get a massage. If I would have know all of this THE FIRST contact I would have cancelled my Groupon in the timely manner. I feel they do this on purpose. I do not feel comfortable going to this facility after the way they treated me. I would like my money back. Thank you. Less

First off the the Building looks abandoned, Bars on the windows, no signs what so ever to indicate that this is a place of business, you are required to text so they can let you in. That is not how a Spa operates. I didn't feel safe so we left. Don't even make an appointment, not worth your time or money Less

I would highly recommend Pure Relaxation Day Spa. Very professional. So relaxing and peaceful. I felt amazing after. The oils were so therapeutic. I will definitely be going back. Less
