I highly recommend ESR to anyone in need of physical therapy. As a college athlete, I’ve had my fair share of PT’s that provide basic exercises and send me off to do them on my own. However, the structure of ESR allowed me to have Kylie by my side for every session. She made me feel heard and provided a level of care unlike most other physical therapists. She was consistently asking me how certain exercises felt and modifying them in real time to build the best program for me. Though my time was primarily spent with Kylie, Jonathan frequently used dry needling for additional pain management. They worked together to maintain my symptoms and provided me with plenty of knowledge and valuable explanations to guide me when I left for school.

I had a great experience working with Kylie while rehabbing my hamstring. She was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process and I was able to return to training stronger than before and perform well at my track meets. Great experience. I am a physician. I torn my ACL at age 61 in soccer , had 3 surgeries with complications, I thought I was done forever with sports. After one year of intense PT in different practices, I was still was in severe pain and limitations. Recommended by one of my physical therapist, I started with ESR last year and after 12 sessions I was back to soccer and cycling again. I am still continuing with them. Kylie and Jonathan are fantastic, well experienced and extremely talented getting me back to the best physical form I ever had . Thank you so much.
