I just bought a Giant road bike from Munroe Velo and the guys were great--answered all my questions, walked me through some options, and were super attentive to the adjustments I needed after my first ride. Was biking in the area and got a flat that I couldn’t get to seal up. Sat outside the shop expecting to be there for two hours before it opened. Owner happened to come in early and had me back on the road in 20 min. Really good guy and would definitely buy and support his shop.

Always stop in to get ride fuel. The guys in there are super nice and will always hook up the regulars in the shop. Plus you can refill on some cold water always

Was down at Willowdale for a ride from Portsmouth and realized I forgot my helmet. Called these fine humans and they took care of me for my ride. Kind, funny, definitely knowledgeable, and went out of their way to help.. a true bike shop.
