Excellent bike shop. Brought my bike in thinking I was in need of a new derailleur but the team quickly realized it only needed a minor adjustment. Their honesty and skill saved me both time and money. Really impressed with their integrity and expertise — highly recommended.

Munroe Velo Bike shop is 2nd to none for the North Shore. From the staff to the products to the atmosphere they are true masters of their craft. The owner Jake is friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable. The mechanics Ed and Finn are exceptional and are much friendlier than previous bike mechanics I’ve interacted with. I also really enjoy their group rides. The gravel rides typically have 30-50+ riders of all abilities.10/10 would recommend them for sales, services and group rides

Got a tune up on a 25 year old bike. They did just the repairs that were needed and no excessive other repairs. Professional and trustworthy!

We are truly lucky to have Munroe Velo in our community. Located right on the rail trail, the team of biking enthusiasts (led by Jake) was super-attentive to our needs. We felt extremely welcomed and were provided with incredibly useful insights into what bikes (whether they had them or not) might suit our needs.Never did they try to push a particular bike, nor close a sale. Rather they supported us patiently through our Deion making process… unlimited trials… the only guidance being “go out and have fun”.As a result of their support, we’re now the proud owners of two transition spur bikes. Thanks Munroe Velo!

Always a professional and courteous experience. Recent new lightweight road wheelset was provided to augment the versatility of my Orbea gravel bike (also purchased at Munroe Velo). As I often say, "an ounce on the wheels is like a pound on the bike." is certainly true in this case. Being able to quickly swap out wheels to ride smoothly and silently on pavement allows me to enjoy this extremely comfortable off-road bicycle for more satisfying miles.

These guys are awesome! We ride our bikes into the ground, and Munroe Velo helps keep them on the road and on the track for as long as possible. They are knowledgeable, fairly priced, and so friendly and helpful!
