I recently purchased an X-LAB RS-7 from Munroe Velo in Topsfield, MA and had a great experience working with Jake, the owner. He was knowledgeable, supportive, and took the time to help guide me through the process without any pressure.The shop has a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere, whether you’re new to cycling or have been riding for years. I LOVE this bike shop. Jake has proven to be honest effective and efficient. They are my new go to shop for all my bikes. The repairs and maintenance I have had done here are top notch! The employees that i have met are good at what they do, and always say hi when I walk in. I have a few high end bikes and I 💯 trust Jake and his team. I cant say enough about how happy I am to have found them. Can't beat the fact they are right near great road, gravel ( right smack dab on the rail trail ) and mountain bike routes.
