Highly recommend Munroe Velo! They've helped with several bike tunings, and the turnaround time, price, quality have all been top notch. Beyond that, and what prompted me to write this, is their willingness to support their customers above and beyond. I'd been trying to remove a pedal and couldn't get it for the life of me. I dropped by Munroe Velo, and they popped it off in 2 minutes flat. When I asked how much, they said not to worry about it. This little thing saved me from going crazy (and skinning my knuckles even more)!!

Since moving to the North Shore over 20 years ago, I have been searching for a bike shop in the area that checks all the boxes. Munroe Velo has done just that. I was so grateful to the staff after visiting the shop for the first time with my 80-year-old father a few months ago, in order to find him the right gravel bike. The staff was very knowledgeable, and not pushy or judgmental…they just wanted to help us out! Since then, I have been back there myself for smaller purchases, as well as for major repairs on a couple of my bikes. I’ve been so happy with the knowledge and understanding that the staff at Munroe Velo has demonstrated. Update on 8/8/26-another great visit to the shop! They couldn’t be friendlier and they make every effort to find what their customers need!

I bought an e-bike from them. Jake helped me select the most suitable one, explained its operation and let me take a test ride. He held it for a few days so I could buy it on tax free weekend. When I picked it up he went over everything again making sure I fully understood its operation. I’m very pleased with the professionalism and level of detail they provided.

Great place to get a bike and service. Wasn't rushed at all and took the time to make sure I picked the right bike and was a good fit. The owner is a down to earth kind of guy. Highly recommend if you need a bike or service.
