We started this journey of listing our home with much uncertainty and what we needed to do or what was ahead of us. As soon as I contacted Angel from 1 Percent Lists Greater Charlotte our worries were over. She led us down the path of all this being easy and straight forward. Angel made this the best experience ever. She was right there every step. If we had questions or didn't know exactly how things were to happen she responded immediately. Her calm demeanor was wonderful and exactly what we needed in order to sell our home. From the time she placed the for sale sign in our yard, our home sold right under 3 weeks. Angel handled all negotiations and ensured we had the best deal! She handled this as if it were her own. Closing was exceptional. Everything was lined up and organized.
