We started this journey of listing our home with much uncertainty and what we needed to do or what was ahead of us. As soon as I contacted Angel from 1 Percent Lists Greater Charlotte our worries were over. She led us down the path of all this being easy and straight forward. Angel made this the best experience ever. She was right there every step. If we had questions or didn't know exactly how things were to happen she responded immediately. Her calm demeanor was wonderful and exactly what we needed in order to sell our home. From the time she placed the for sale sign in our yard, our home sold right under 3 weeks. I have known Angel for almost 20 years. I was thrilled when she became a Realtor because I knew she would be great at it. 4 years ago she helped me purchase a home and she had helped my Son and Daughter in law purchase a home in the same neighborhood two years before. We loved our homes and 3 years later he helped my Son and Daughter in law again sell their home in only a week and find them a much larger home in the same area. After only a month I too wanted to move when a home came up in my Son's neighborhood and again Angel helped me purchase the new home and for the 2nd. time in 3 years sold my home. Angel did a great job helping my husband and I find a property in Cornelius. We were looking for a second home and live out of state. She was very patient in showing us the area and helping us choose the best location to suit our needs. Once we pin-pointed a location she kept an eye on the area and previewed a home for us so we were able to be the first people in with an offer. My wife and I were moving to Lake Norman in NC. My wife found Angel's website and we called her to help us in our home search. I have to say, what a surprise, Angel went above and beyond what we feel, in hindsight, the call of duty. We thought we had our financing all in place and we encountered one issue after another with the bank. At one point the loan officer tried to blame our closing problems on our agent which we found out from the banks manager wasn't the case after speaking our mind to Angel.
