I love this gym — the energy, the community, and the fact that it’s Black-owned truly sets it apart. The staff is friendly, the events are engaging, and working out with my trainer has been a game changer. However, I can’t give a full 5 stars because the lack of air ventilation is a serious issue. In the summer, it regularly reaches over 90 degrees inside with no AC, ceiling fans, or open windows — just a few small fans that barely move air in this warehouse-sized space. It makes working out extremely uncomfortable, and I’ve even left with headaches from the heat. The workouts are amazing, but something absolutely needs to change with the facility conditions for the health and safety of everyone.

Just joined AZ a week ago. So far I’ve felt nothing but positive vibes. The trainers are amazing, the workouts are amazing & I feel like I’m part of a tight knit community of ppl wanting to be the best versions of themselves. I always leave my workout feeling better than when I came in. In just a week, I feel stronger already & my endurance is better. Can’t wait to see what the future holds!

Coach D and his team are knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive. They take the time to understand your goals and tailor the workouts to your needs. Even in the group classes! Which is awesome! The gym is clean, well-equipped, and has a great atmosphere. I highly recommend giving them a try if you’re looking for a personal trainer or group sessions in Dallas! 🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♂️
