Great place to live. Managers and maintenance are super professional and helpful. Very respectful and courteous of all those renters needs and accommodations. Highly recommend to anyone looking to move.

I really love living in Galt Mobile Estates. It’s quiet. My neighbors are awesome. Everyone looks out for each other. Close to the gym and shopping! And our manager lady is on top of things in the park!

I was initially drawn to Galt Mobile Estates because it's dog friendly and doesn't have restrictions. I've lived here for just over 2 months and absolutely love this little park. The neighborhood is friendly, the management is extremely helpful, and the park and playground is a fun place for kids to be kids. I learn something every month from their newsletter; community events at their clubhouse, recipes, and assistance information. Needless to say, it's easy to call Galt Mobile Estates Home Sweet Home.

Managers have done an excellent job at improving the entire place.i admit they have to get on me for my maintenance.i understand that's their job(for everyone's benefit)......also the pics below are what I layed EVERY SINGLE BRICK 22 yrs ago,I created a lasting beauty for this town,and now i have to beg for forgiveness.....

I've visited this mobile home park to check out some of the options on a couple different occasions recently! And nothing but helpful and honest staff, I spoke with both of them and they answered all my questions about the process, rules regulations, do's and dont's , even gave me good food ideas nearby because I mentioned how I loved food places, anyway I felt nothing but good vibes from them as managers because other places I've visited didn't seem to have time unless I was application and deposit ready just to answer questions lol ! Nice people in my opinion!

I had the pleasure of touring Galt Mobile Estates. The grounds were well kept, the sites seemed to be neat and the managers were knowledgeable and they were able to answer all of my questions.

This park is clean and tidy and when I’ve had to make inquiries I always receive a speedy response.

The new land owners here are so nice and understanding. You can literally walk outside any weekday morning and have a 50/50 chance of seeing them out and about working on things around the park. They actively strive to make the mobile park a great place to live and fix problems that come up in a timely manner. They also work to create a community feeling for everyone that lives here by creating small family oriented events and monthly newsletters. In the two years I’ve lived here they have; put in a park for children to play, fixed the roads, kept the landscaping neat and beautiful, fixed a flooding issue and helped me when my hot water heater exploded even though that’s not in their job category. This is a wonderful place to live.
