The experience of being introduced to the methods and use of med Ex machines along with real chiropractic work on spinal alignment is new to me and totally successful for what my body requires right now. I was a passenger in an accident which resulted in a double direction whiplash and the crushing of my right side ribs with only two left side cracks. I required metal strips on 8 ribs with a vertical for stabilizing spacing. I had no balance when attempting to walk. My right hip smash made my right leg an inch shorter than my left.The process of adjustments needed to be done carefully. The curve in my neck was gone. The LV nerve down my right leg was swollen at the vertebrae and some leftover bleeding scars were blocking the nerve exit causing pain down my leg and to my right foot. The process at Alpine Spine is to get adjustments plus work on muscle balance to hold proper posture. It is an integrated activity and like all physical therapy takes time. After four months my nerves are clearing and swelling is way down and I can sleep without pain. I now am in need of improving the muscle strength balance in my neck and my core. I do use the inversion table to assist in expanding space between LIV and LV vertebrae. I am not sure if the pain down my leg will ever be gone completely. I must do some simple balance exercises which I will most likely continue the rest of my life. Alpine Spine is incredible for addressing problems and providing real solutions . Motion recorded and identified in a specific manner helps me remain positive and know I must continue. I am David and I approve this message and report.
