Eleven years in this house, and the kitchen was still the original one. Crooked walls. cabinet doors that never shut right, fridge stuck in a corner. GraniTech worked with us to come up with beautiful new designs to remodel our large master bathroom. We couldn’t be more pleased with the final results. As with any construction project, there were hiccups along the way. President Ali Yilmaz and Director Savas Dok, worked with us to resolve any issues quickly and to ensure that we were 100% satisfied with every aspect of the project. Felipe, our project manager, was very accessible and easy to communicate with. We were incredibly impressed with the work done by the tile team on our project areas. We were thrilled with the carpentry and incredible attention to detail. We also really appreciated Sean, who ensured that the house was immaculate at the end of each day. We have used Granitech Inc. for building services twice. Once for a major remodel which included opening the main level family room, dining room and master bedroom areas to the ceiling line, installing multiple skylights, relocating and recreating the kitchen to a new location. Granitech Inc. did a great job integrating the old (1954) into a modern look while integrating new appliances, new cabinetry, new lighting, and natural light. Update: GraniTech took immediate action upon being notified of my cabinet quality issue. They had someone come out to assess the issue, and within a week I had all of the cabinet and drawer fronts replaced with no chipping. I am pleased to give the company the 5 stars they so well deserve.Original Post: I was torn between giving 3 or 4 stars but ultimately decided on 4 due to the quality of service I received from my designer Oyun, project manager Savas, granite specialist Felipe and the tiling crew. They were all outstanding, friendly and easy to work with. All in all, my kitchen renovation was affordable and completed within a reasonable time frame. However, I am less impressed with the quality of the cabinetry and installment (they used KCD). The finish on my cabinets is chipping easily in multiple areas. Almost every drill hole from the cabinet pulls has chipping around it.They patched up some of the chipping but not in any way I would consider professionally fixed (they just put some matching wax over it which is now also dried and chipping). It’s frustrating because I really want to rate the company higher, but the quality of the cabinets is keeping me from doing so.

The owner, project developer and on-site staff were creative, and styled our bathroom specific to the needs of our house. Knowing our circumstances, our project developer Hasan made design recommendations that I would not have known about to better accommodate my husband disability. This was not a cookie cutter solution, but one that was designed uniquely to our specific needs.GraniTech customer service was beyond anything I’d ever experienced.
