I started the program June 2020 and just graduated, January 2023 with all negative information completely deleted and my score jumped almost 200 points while on the program. If I could leave Credilife a million stars I would! My husband and I started our journey to financial wellness with the WRONG company. Blue something or another, anyway they took our money and did nothing for us. In November of 2020 we signed up for Credilife with Coach Jeremy. The first thing I can say is no where along the road were we treated poorly or made to feel badly about our past mistakes. Jeremy listen to us, and told us the steps to fix those mistakes, but more importantly taught us what we did wrong and how to not do it again. Our goal like so many others was to buy a house. We were under contract for almost 10 months but we finally closed. Our credit improved so much we got a great rate and our profile is solid! We could not have done it without Credilife, Coach Jeremy and his team. Awesome people with a true desire to teach people all about credit. When we signed up, Jeremy said to us, when we're done with the program we will ask ourselves if we can afford it, and not worry about being approved. He was 100% right. My husband and I joined together because of all the great reviews and figured we’d have a great experience. While our credit scores definitely went up, and my husband got things deleted off our credit report, the customer service lacked in our experience. We didn’t even know who our coach was until we stopped our membership and got an email. (After around 7 months) Our monthly reports sometimes were incorrect and we felt the person who would message us (who wasn’t our coach) wasn’t always there to actually help with questions and give actual answers. They beat around the bush and gave copied and pasted answers sometimes. If we’d ask If we should do something we’d just be told yes or no and not given better options. We were also told some of the companies wouldn’t do pay to delete and not to try to ask them to, but after dropping Credilife they in fact did pay to delete. People say they learned so much about credit repair from joining but we did not. Probably because we never talked to our coach. We learned the most off of their Facebook group, but would never post on there because some of the workers or their relatives can be absolutely rude to people. There was also a lot more money needing involved than expected that wasn’t really said in the beginning. We are happy that our credit scores did definitely go up, but all our other expectations or hopes (good customer service, knowledge) didn’t happen. So I was recently asked...Why did I choose Credilife? Well...here is my answer...once I signed up with Credilife, my coach drafted a Blueprint of steps that I can take to help speed up this credit repair process. I think people have a misconception (Including me) that once I use a Credit repair company, they are going to do ALL of the work. And that's not true...you have to do your part too. For my husband and I, we needed to build positive credit history...we had little to no credit cards. However we just didn't want to Google credit cards, we wanted to establish credit with the right company that would positively benefit us. So the Blueprint provided a list of ways to establish credit and we used them all...and our credit score went up immediately. Also, each cycle, the team would tell us "ok you have to settle ABC account because its hurting your score " they even gave us the right verbiage to say to these debtors to lower our settlements. Your blueprint will also list budgeting sites to help you save, plus the coaching is priceless. In the beginning I think I texted my coach Jeremy Deysach constantly (I was a bit annoying lol) ...and each time he replied..but now that im about 3 cycles in and my score is up 75 points...I kind of know what I should be doing so I don't bug him as much. But I communicate with his team via email all the time and they are so helpful. We were considering bankruptcy, and actually sat down with a bankruptcy lawyer. I was sitting up one night stressing out about having to file for bankruptcy and all that comes with it, when I stumbled upon credilife Facebook group. I joined the group and over the next week read through the files, I read everything I could, asked a whole lot of questions and listened to the lives they posted. There was so much about credit that I didn’t understand. I told my husband that if we file for bankruptcy, we’re not learning anything and there is so much we need to learn. I decided to sign up for a free consultation and just see what they say, I mean we had an 11k repo on there so I wasn’t really expecting much help. Actually I was expecting them to laugh and tell us to just continue with the bankruptcy. We ended up getting our deposit back from the bankruptcy lawyer who was not happy with our decision to give Credilife a try, he said well when this credit repair company falls back on their promises, feel free to come back. Decided to start using all the advice to work on my husband's credit, which sat at about 480ish :/ We started with self lender, a secure $200 capital one (that required a $150 deposit), and a fingerhut fresh start account. It took almost 2 years of doing it by myself (but we seriously couldn't afford more), but in October of 2019 we put in an offer on our first home! There was some hiccups with the lender, but we closed December 20, 2019. Best Christmas present ever ❤️ In April we decided to become a 2 vehicle family again, and called the bank for an auto loan. When the loan officer said "sure, you have good credit, just let me know when you find a car and I will draw up the papers", I could have cried! They are worth every penny spent. I could not wrap my head around doing the process to fix my credit I needed a good company.
