I was recently introduced to Dr. John Bellicitti during a three-year anniversary celebration at Yoga Six studio, and he spent about 10 minutes with me at that time and I...no lie...felt like a completely new person after I left...so much so that I immediately booked an initial appointment with him over lunch today and once again...I feel great...better than I have in a long time!!! It's an out-of-pocket expense and a bit pricey but I believe it's 100% worth the investment. John spent quality time with me, listening to me ramble on about all my aches and pains (and I felt like he really "heard" me), then he took the info I gave him and worked on all my aches and pains and then...taught me some exercises and movements that I can do at home to help myself. I have had chronic upper back and shoulder pain for years, which Dr. John has helped me with for the past 2 years. The first time I went to Adapt Health was for a strained groin, and to help with some shoulder mobility. During the visit Dr. Grossman did A.R.T, and some needed adjustments.
