I’ve been dealing with piriformis issues and a trapped nerve in my hip for a while now and its def from alot of my work travels. Kyndra has always been amazing. She takes the time to really listen to what’s going on before diving in, and she has a great feel for exactly where the problem is coming from. I have been seeing Dr. Kyndra from Adapt Health Clinic to work on my mid back area. I like going to our sessions because she is attentive, personable, and effective. She does not pressure you into doing anything that you are uncomfortable doing or not sure of.
