I flew in from NY last night and my back, shoulder, and body was hurting. I booked a session with Eli today and boy, she is incredible! I appreciated her attention to detail and having the insight of my troubled areas. She explained what she was going to do beforehand and how those muscle groups were causing me tension and pain.
