I used a different software for my insurance agency before and it was such a hassle trying to learn it. All my reports were totally off and it was difficult to get someone to answer my calls. I learned about Jenesis while reading a book and I thought why not, lets give it a try. I am very happy that I came across this book. It has made our work so much easier and I can find everything in one quick click even when I'm working from home or on vacation. I love working with Jenesis Software, specifically using the Agency Advantage for my insurance management system. I have worked at a lot of tech companies and worked with a lot of software, but this one is by far my favorite. It is simple to utilize, but has so many features. The tech department is unbelievably helpful and so nice. I love that this software does everything we need without over complicating the system and process for our agency.
