Love dr Davanzo and dr Blair. They need to fire the blonde woman at reception. She’s unkind, acts like every question I ask is stupid(every time). And it’s not WHAT she says…it’s HOW she says it. If you’ve ever worked in customer service this should ding a bell. It seems performative for the job, I honestly don’t even ant this woman having my name or medical information. It’s not like she’s a receptionist at a furniture store, she can see all of our records, etc. I know bc she mentioned something to me she wouldn’t know otherwise having looked at them, and I’m not even sure ANYONE other than your personal doctor can know or look at any of your medical history. Major HIPPA violation. I should’ve never made the mistake of being honest about the fact I was struggling and had to go to treatment, because everyone aside from the actual medical staff has had an attitude with me that didn’t exist beforehand. If Mike Davanzo or dr Blair are reading this, I assure you I’m not being over the top. It takes me a lot to get mad about someone speaking to me in any kind of way, I’m the youngest of 3 brothers have more near death experiences than Nikki Sixx so, trust me I can handle just about anything but a disrespect worker when I’m being polite. I’d understand If I was rude or something but this lady doesn’t even know me! Unless she knows my family or my fathers ex, (I’m which case would finally make sense)or my brothers wife. I know it’s a small island and I have a big personality, but I’m also one of the nicest kindest people you’ll meet BECAUSE I know what it’s like to be treated bad. This lady has a chip on her shoulder or RBF, with the R and F missing.
