Experience was different and took less time than being in a classroom with others, and an instructor. It did take some time to get use to the mannequins, but there is a number you can call and a camera that the instructor can see you and talk to you if help is needed. Less

Had to do a last minute PALS course and so glad I found Bayside CPR! I was able to sign up within minutes, did my online portion same day, and within 24 hours was able to get into the lab to do skills on the mannequin. I recently took a CPR BLS class with Kyle Hastings as the instructor, and it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, Kyle's personable and understanding nature made a big difference. I mentioned that my son was sick at home with a fever and the flu, and without hesitation, he told me he would start the class immediately. I had arrived early, and the other student was stuck in traffic, but Kyle immediately offered to conduct the class 1:1 so I wouldn't have to wait. My mother and I took the CPR and first Aid for adults and kids with instructor Felipe Ramirez at the Rhode Island Ave PG Fire Department in MD and we were very pleased with the way the course was conducted. I appreciated that the class was in Spanish and that the instructor was knowledgeable and had very practical instructions. This is my second time coming her for BLS Training and each time was Great. I love that the instructors ask questions and keep you engaged in the course. This time i did the online training and in person skills test. From the time I walked in I felt welcomed by a friendly Instructor (I think her name was Shelly). She did give us the answers but encouraged us to think and be confident in our answers. The class was only 3 students who were there for renewals. The instructor made sure we understood each step and the reason we do them in a certain order. I would recommend this place for anyone needing CPR, First Aid, BLS, PALS, ACLS and AED Training.
