I love X4 Gardendale! This is the most consistent I’ve ever been with my workouts because I actually look forward to class. It’s a privilege to workout here with so many that inspire me to keep improving. The coaches are fantastic! I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

The best gym I’ve ever been to. So personable, and they help you if you don’t know what you’re doing. I don’t ever have to think about what I’m doing or make a game plan before coming in. I’ve been going to the gym for years now, but just made the switch to x4, and I can’t see myself anywhere else. The best by far. 5 stars isn’t enough.

I love the workouts at X4! I've never sweated more during the workout! I love the varieties of workouts! We don't stop for 40 minutes! By the way, I'm 65 years old! It's perfect for all ages! I did crossfit for 12 years. I can say these workouts are more varied and constant action! I'm so glad I joined!
