I got a day-of appointment as a new client, and the staff was welcoming and professional. Still working through a pinched nerve, but making great progress and pain is almost gone and I'm getting back to normal life again!!

I first saw Dr. Shay at Performance Chiropractic in 2021, and it was the first time in years I had truly found relief from my chronic aches and pains. After trying another chiropractor, injections, and several other treatments with little to no relief, I decided to come back. I’m SO glad I did! I’m already feeling better and can finally sit without being in pain. Dr. Shay and Dr. Panick are wonderful, Breeze and Connor are two of the kindest people! The entire staff makes every visit such a great experience. My only disappointment is that they’ll no longer be accepting Anthem. 😣 I’m just so happy I came back! ❤

I’ve been to other Chiropractors but this one was the only one to get to know you and always so welcoming, the care is also excellent and always focus on what’s got you hurting and never a long wait.

I was having some really debilitating neck pain. Started seeing the doctors 3 times a week for 2 weeks, and after about a week and a half the pain was basically gone. They’re very thorough, and I don’t think I’ve ever spent more like 3 minutes waiting for the doctor! Great people, great results!
