UPDATE - It's now been 10 weeks and I can't believe the progress I've made with James, not only in overall strength but also in confidence.Being a cyclist on Strava I can see the stats reflecting just how much fitter and stronger I've become. Looking forward to pushing on to the next level.Original post:Only done 5 weeks of training with James but he has already made a huge impact to my core fitness, strength and most importantly confidence.Im over 50, hadn't been to a gym for over 15 years and had my head in the sand about how much strength I'd lost.If this sounds familiar then read on.James put a structured plan together for me that was challenging but achievable. He explained very clearly what each exercise was for and is flexible enough to adapt each session around what feedback I give him or how I am feeling in the day.I have no regrets contacting him; I only wish I'd done it sooner.
