Los apartamentos Sawyers mill son muy agradables y se volvieron aún más cómodos con su administración que son personas muy atentas y amables ponen mucha atención a cada detalle como por ejemplo cuando boy ala oficina para preguntar por algo sobre el apartamento la manager maria siempre muy atenta y amable lo resuelve rápido con la ayuda de su equipo de trabajo que son Kalvin ,carlos y Mónica ,100% recomiendo estos apartamentos.

Awesome experience loved the community hardly any roaches , very respectful management , inside is very nice highly recommended and very affordable very close to hospital in case of emergency and 3 minutes from the school

Came in to have a view of the apartments after hearing about a leasing special and was amazed at how nice the apartments were for the price. You can tell they maintain the apartments very well and the upgrades we got in our unit are so much better compared to any where else I've looked. Maria in the office signed us up for our lease and she was so nice and gave a tour of the different type of units they have available. It made it so easy to find the right one for our family. I'm right down the street from the school and my kids love being able to walk and ride their bikes to school each day.

Recently toured this property and found it to be not only affordable but very family oriented with lots of families living in community with one another. Also within walking distance to a highly rated elementary school where all of these children attend. Loved the safe space for kids to play on the interior of this complex. Nice 1/1s and 2/2s available for renting also.

This place now feels safe again. New management has evicted the noisy rowdy people and added lights making us and our kids feel safe.
