Before I used Crystal Clean Services, I hired another company that just focused on upselling things and did not clean my vents properly. I looked into so many companies around Utah Valley area and Crystal clean has the best equipment and offers the best service. They take great care of their customers. We just moved into a house that is about 25 years old. Our dryer has struggled since we moved in. We called Crystal Clean Vent cleaning and had them clear out the dryer vent.Oh My Word.....if you haven't had this done in your house you need to. These guys are the real deal. We've had other "vent cleaners" out before who didn't do half the things that Crystal Clean Vents did for us. They washed and cleaned every register, duct, cold air return, and dryer vent. They also cleaned the dust out of our furnaces so that the system stays clean. It was more expensive than other companies we've worked with, but I'll never use anyone else going forward. I highly recommend their services.

Our experience with Crystal Clean Vents was awesome. They did such a good job and they were very professional. Jaiden and Tyson were great to work with. They were super thorough and made sure to answer all our questions. The staff were friendly and efficient and were very respectful of our home. They cleaned things we didn’t expect them to clean and left our home smelling great and feeling clean. They used shoe covers, covered the floors with plastic in high traffic areas and made sure nothing would be damaged using other protective measures as they worked. I enjoyed seeing the before and after photos as well. They truly went above and beyond and I would definitely call them again for our next cleaning!

We were very happy with our experience with Crystal Clean Vents and highly recommend this company. Tyler, Porter, Micah performed their tasks diligently. They were professional, polite and respectful of our property. Plastic film was laid on the floor to protect it, and they wore shoe coverings. Tyler was knowledgeable and answered our questions, and also consulted with Randy/owner about a particular question we had. I've noticed that there is less dust on the Swiffer pad after cleaning the floors. I love the feel of clean vents throughout our house.

We were about to move in to our home but when we walked through the house, it wreaked of cigarette smoke! I could move anything in w with that smell! We had Crystal Clean come in a clean and spray the vents with their cleaning solution. That was the best decision I’ve made! Upon the finishing of the vent cleaning and spraying, the house smelled wonderful! I thought that we would need to paint kilz on the walls and ceilings! But after their treatment, I wasn’t worried about the smell anymore! They were amazing! So polite!
