I am enormously pleased with SMS Appliances Medicine Hat. I've purchased a dryer & a stove. The stove failed & they cheerfully replaced it with one of a higher cost but no cost to me. The delivery gents are excellent & Hope (the manager) is a darling. Highly recommend.

We purchased our appliances from SMS and had a great experience! Yulia was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. We found a range, washer, dryer, and microwave as open-box items at great prices. Since they didn’t have the fridge we were looking for as an open-box option, we decided to purchase a brand-new one from them as well. The prices were great, and the customer service was excellent! We’re very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend SMS. Special thanks to Yulia for all her help!

As an add on to my North store review, I was informed that the South store had the outer glass I was looking for the day before. I was going to buy a brand new stove because the glass isn’t made for my model year anymore. Julia set up a meet with the south store group and they had the glass I was looking for in excellent condition. It was cheaper than buying a knockoff on Amazon and their help with how to install it was most appreciated! Thank you Kate and team for not having to have me spend $1K on a new appliance for a piece of glass! Most appreciated!!

The outer glass on my stove had exploded and due to the year!of appliance, is no longer replaceable. After calling multiple parts stores, I went looking for a new oven. I stopped at SMS North to inquire as to what they had available for stock and I spoke to Julia. Instead of selling or upselling a new stove, she reached out through their techs and provided me with glass from one of their used models to replace mine, and for a low cost. SMS was excellent to deal with and will be the first place I go to get any new appliance in the future! Thank you so much!

SMS Appliances delivery people, Chris and Nathan, are amazing. They did such a good job with my heavy washer-dryer tower. And buying appliances there is a no brainer. Good prices and installation which a lot of places don’t do. Thanks.

Our positive experience with both the company, SMS, and Yulia, the associate we worked with deserves a five-star rating. Yulia explained everything clearly and made sure we were informed of the services they offered and the different appliances. When we made an error in our initial order, she helped us solve the issue and made sure we had the right product. It was seamless and no hassle every step of the way. I highly recommend the team at SMS, from the sales associate to the delivery team. Thank you for taking such good care of us and ensure our granddaughter got the laundry pair she needed.
