I liked this place, Julia helped me out with a specific fridge size over marketplace so I knew they had something for me and she was very knowledgeable about all the fridge models available. I spoke with owner Denis who put me in touch with their service department, Denis was very friendly and helpful. The service department arranged for Matt to come to my house the next day. I had an issue with my dryer and freezer. Matt was able to diagnose both issues immediately and was able to fix everything under an hour and half. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices were very reasonable as well. I would highly recommend using SMS if you're having any issues with your appliances.

My dryer died on me unexpectedly, when do they ever do it as per expectations I suppose? Either way the dryer died on me late last week one phone call and two text messages later Matt was at my door got a quick look at the dryer got it all cleaned out and had the heating element changed in no time at all and quick, efficient and exactly as quoted.

Great service both instore & delivery. Highly recommend. One of the appliances I needed was sold out when I went in for initial purchase. Hope let me know as soon as last appliance was restocked (with in a week) sent photos and simply added it to my already scheduled delivery. And delivery crew was great everything in up and down some tricky stairs and through even trickier corners. Nothing scratched or dinged. Super professional.
