I'm a happy customer of Journey Rent-A-Car. I recently rented an all-wheel drive RAV4 for a one-week trip to Montana. My goal was to do some hikes and to visit my granddaughter, who is attending a Bible school way down an unpaved road. Her father, my son, recommended that I make sure to get an unpaved road-capable car. Boy am I glad I used Journey Rent-A-Car! Not only was my visit to my granddaughter effortless, but I ended up driving many many miles on unpaved roads. The driving was uneventful and the airport pickup and drop-off were smooth. The car was very clean when I picked it up. I especially appreciated that the wiper blades were new and fresh. The whole process working with Journey was frictionless and I can give them a whole-hearted endorsement.

Awesome and very seamless experience. The team was very helpful and thoughtful with detailed instructions to access the pick-up for rental.I’d definitely recommend these guys for your Yellowstone experience- they have a great fleet. We rented the mid-size SUV - RAV-4 and the car was very clean from inside and presented no issues. They are also very responsive at given pint of time if you run into any issues.
