Renting with Journey was SO easy! The car was ready for pickup at the airport with no lines. Easy drop-off process too. I left something in the car and they went out of their way to mail it back to me! I will absolutely use Journey again and highly recommend them!

I have NOTHING but good things to say about renting with Journey Rent-A-Car. Their communication was impeccable and they offered amazing cost-effective solutions for my rental without me having to ask. They made our trip from the Bozeman airport through Yellowstone to Jackson and back incredible. HIGHLY recommend.

Journey Rent -a-Car was truly the best rental car experience I've ever had! I called to speak to someone before actually booking and they answered all my questions gracefully. Pick-up and drop-off were a breeze with very detailed instructions. Watching everyone else wait in the "big brand" lines was an extra bonus considering it took all but five minutes to unlock the vehicle and drive away. Fair pricing, connected communication, and a sturdy vehicle (15 person van) were the cherry on top for our already fabulous Montana vacation! I'm already looking forward to my return trip to use their services again.

Journey rent a car was the best airport experience I’ve ever had. Pick up and drop off couldn’t have been easier. No waiting in lines just in and out. The car was in great shape, I have no complaints at all. I will be using them every time I’m in the area now
