Third or fourth adventure with Chips. They have trimmed our massive Ficus trees multiple times and removed a forty foot Sissou tree from our backyard. Chips has doctored our plants and trees. They arrive on time, get the job done efficiently and leave the yard clean. We’re happy with their service and would recommend Chips.

Mitchell was great! I called because I suddenly have roots from my neighbors Sissoo tree sprouting up in my backyard. He explained why that was happening and my options for treating it. He came all the way out to Gilbert for less than 5 mins but I greatly appreciated that he did and that he didn’t make me feel bad about it either. I would definitely use this company just because he was honest and straightforward and you don’t always find that these days! Thanks again Mitchell.

Had a 25ft Mexican Fan Palm tree removed. The whole process with Chips Tree Service was a wonderful experience, from the quote and scheduling to the work was all very professional. The tree removal and stump grinding crews were on time, experienced, did quick work, and cleaned up afterwards. Great company and would use them again!

My neighbor was using them to clean up dead tree in their backyard as I got home. Started checking out the website the foreman came over and asked what i wanted done. He gave me a quick and fair price to remove a dead citrus tree in my backyard and completed if with in the hour. Includinging getting scraps and cleaning up wood chips. And kept it from getting in my pool.

Our arborist Alan remained professional from our first visit , during installation and after when we had programming issues. Just had four trees trimmed and one removed by Humberto and his crew from Chips Tree Service. The crew did a great job clearing out the interiors of my ficus trees and shaping them. They worked hard to get things picked up by raking my lawn, using a blower to collect saw dust, and even skimming the pool to capture wayward branches. Kudos to Humberto and the crew for a job well done!

Humberto and his Chips Tree Service crew arrived right at the beginning of the window the scheduler gave me. Humberto walked the project and reviewed the expectations agreed to by the arborist. His crew knocked out the work without wasting time and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. They were effective AND pleasant. I am grateful for their ability to do quickly and well what would have taken me so much more time and effort to do myself. They knocked it out of the park!

I had a pine tree that had several dead branches that the crew cut off but didnt not seal the cuts. Now i have tree sap running down the tree, all over the ground and on my vehicle. It says on the internet.. quote " it's generally not considered good for tree sap to run down a tree after a branch is cut, although a small amount of sap seeping from a fresh cut is normal and not a cause for concern; excessive sap flow can attract pests and diseases, so proper pruning techniques to minimize sap leakage are recommended. " unquote. I am concern about all this sap mess. My question why wasnt the spot where the brances were cut not sealed with tree tar or plastic. Now CHIPS TREE SERVICE has left my tree open to disease and insect infestation!!!! I would not hire them again for trimming trees.

Crew showed up at 7am- dead tree removed and new tree planted. 9:45 am - complete. Nice new oak- same size as previous. No lawn damage!
