We had mold remediation done (edit: by another contractor) and 2 corner-adjacent, 4x8 walls and the 4x4 ceiling above them were left with their drywall and insulation (ceiling only, walls were not insulated) removed. Steve (the owner) gave us a very reasonable quote for restoration that included some additional ceiling work on the bathroom vaulted ceiling near a skylight, and in the living room, where a rough patch over a prior chimney hole for a wood-burning stove needed finishing. Steve was very detail-oriented and it was easy to see he knew what he was doing just from our pre-job award discussions. In addition to replacing the missing drywall, the work included restoring the ceiling insulation, adding new insulation to the corner bedroom walls, painting the entire bedroom (walls and ceiling), replacing some hardwood baseboard, and touching up the ceilings in the other rooms as well. Steve warned us he might not be able to match the ceiling texture or the exact ceiling paint color, but the finished work is practically invisible to anyone who's not looking for it. We're very happy with the results and would not hesitate to use Construction Solutions again, or to recommend them to others. Nice job, Steve! Less
