After a power surge, the AC unit started acting up and then stopped cooling. I called CCS and they were able to schedule me for the same day. Ethan, arrived on time and was professional and within a matter of minutes, was able to diagnose the issue and recommend the fix. I signed their maintenance contract for peace of mind.
