Update: 3/31/2026Scheduled a service call for our annual Air Conditioner check-up and clean up. Danny was scheduled to arrive between 8:00-11:00. Recieved a text at 8:10 saying he was on his way. He arrived 15 minutes later, perfect. He was very profesional and nice. He completed his work, cleaned up everything and gave a report on the status of everything. No issues.We will continue to use Climate Control for all our HVAC needs. We just renewed our service agreement for my other home as well.Thank you Tom and Danny!Technicians showed up on time, very friendly. Performed work professionally and kept me updated on status of work on air conditioner. Found Capacitor starting to fail and recommended replacement. Noted I had the extended warranty which covered cost of part so only needed to pay for service. Saved additional $100 with warranty. Also saved additional 15% since I had signed up for the annual maintenance plan. They cleaned up after themselves and were very nice. Look forward to seeing them this September for the furnace tune-up.

I highly recommend Climate Control Services. They just replaced my old furnace, A/C, and water heater, adding a humidifier and smart thermostat. Tom Wyse, the owner, came to evaluate my needs and explained what he was recommending. He never tried to sell me on anything above what was best suited for my house. He sent proposals the same day for me to review. The price was fair and reasonable. He even takes care of any applicable rebates for you, and builds that into the final price. His excellent crew was prompt and professional, removing old equipment and installing new in about seven hours (which amazed me). They come completely prepared, with a truck that allows for fabrication on-site. Before they left, they made sure I knew how everything worked and how filters were to be replaced. Tom came another day to run through everything again and answer any questions I had. I’m really happy with the new quality equipment, and with the first-rate service I received from everyone at Climate Control Services.2022 Update: the equipment continues to operate perfectly. CCS provides top notch maintenance service that is quick and convenient. They are reliable which is a big deal to me. I will continue having CCS as my service provider.2026 Update: another professional and quick routine maintenance visit. Everything still running smoothly.
