I called Climate Control LLC in Elgin when researching AC and furnace replacements. I spoke with two other companies at the same time. All three companies came out and then sent quotes for a replacement system. Climate Control came out and conducted a full analysis of my space, my needs and my concerns. I received four proposals from Climate Control. Among the three companies I called for quotes, Climate Control was the most thorough by far and spent the most time examining my current AC and Furnace as well as my home needs. The choice was easy, especially since Climate Control was not the highest nor the lowest quote. And then my AC froze up and I was suddenly in a dire situation given the hot weather. Tom at Climate Control scheduled the installed the next day with permits for the work! The day of the install, a five-person team showed up on time, explained what they would be doing and how long it would take, and then laid down tarps to keep my home clean. They were polite and professional and completed the work on time. They explained the system to me, showed me the new filter and told me where to buy replacements. They explained the next steps were to call the village for an inspection of their work. They also let me know that they replaced the breaker for the AC-furnace because it was too high for the efficient system they installed. They left my home clean and the system running. The Village inspector came out a couple days later to check on their work. He confirmed the breaker change and told me that I bought a good system installed by professionals. I am a worrier, but this all felt almost too easy. Thank you, Climate Controlin Elgin!

Climate Control Services is a one call that's all, experts in what they do. Everything is done for you.When Tom arrived Monday morning at 10 am he immediately started a Load calculation around the outside of our house, after which he went over all details of which HVAC system he recommended and why. Also, that he could schedule his team for Tuesday (next day). I was so impressed, this is the first time I ever went with the first proposal.Climate Control Services team of 4 arrived at my house Tuesday morning at 8am and completed the whole HVAC install by 2pm. These four guys did an exceptional job. I feel they may have been in competition with each other, who was going to do the best job.Wow! what a nice job, was the comment the city inspector made when he reviewed the installation.So, if you are looking to replace a HVAC system or other services that Climate Control Services has to offer you will be in good hands.I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the whole process, very skilled and high quality Climate Control Services provided.
