Had an aggressive rat issue in the crawl space. Ecopest came in, it took longer than I expected but we no longer have any issues. We added bait stations on a month-to-month basis in order to keep their warranty. It is higher than most but it is worth it.

After finding an unexpected guest (bat) in our truckee cabin twice, I called several wildlife management / pest companies for help with removal and remediation. Had a massive rat infestation. Called ecoPest, Tim was the one who arrived for the inspection. I have never seen someone be so thorough with there inspection. This dude found entry points all over my house. Gave a me a quote right there and they had a tech out the next game.
