I am a water polo player and last year I developed pain in my throwing elbow, which completely shut down my throwing. I started seeing Adam and he had me back throwing pain-free after a couple of months. It’s been almost a full year now and I’m still throwing pain-free. As a fellow athlete, Adam really understood my needs. He not only focused on healing my injury, but he also addressed other weaknesses in my throwing arm. One of the great things about working with Adam is that I had 100% of his time and focus during our sessions. This is different than past experiences I’ve had with traditional clinics. I highly recommend working with Adam.

Adam is an excellent PT. His unique approach combining challenging but achievable exercises with massage has helped me improve flexibility, balance and strength. He is highly knowledgeable, encouraging and makes every session motivating. Having him come to my home is so convenient and results in treatment feel more personalized. I’d recommend Adam to anyone who is recovering from an injury or simply wants to improve mobility and endurance.
