I came into this CrossFit hoping to start up a new regimen. The price is very steep you do receive a free introductory workout. I just didn't feel like the owners held the community and fitness as their goal, rather being a business was the most important aspect. Unfortunately the owner told me they don't participate in competitions and don't have plans to.Good luck in your search for a gym, I hope this review helps you find your place.

I had an excellent experience at Trxn Fitness and Lifestyle. From the moment I walked in, the staff took the time to truly get to know me. They asked detailed questions about my past injuries and surgeries, which immediately made me feel heard and cared for.The session started with a thorough range-of-motion assessment, followed by a chiropractic adjustment tailored to my needs. After that, they worked on the problem area using a massage gun with heat, and then finished with targeted cryotherapy. Everything felt intentional and focused on my recovery.The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable throughout the entire visit. Most importantly, they made me feel confident that I can get back to my sport safely. They even followed up with me a couple of days later to check on my progress and made sure we developed a clear plan to get me where I want to be.I will definitely continue coming here. Their prices are competitive, and you truly get a lot of value for what you pay. Highly recommend to anyone looking for personalized, high-quality care.

TRXN fitness lifestyle chiropractor service was incredible. Instant relief from my pinched shoulder blades. And much to my surprise all the amenities in the gym next door is available while you are under a treatment plan. Red light therapy and cold plunge included. Love it. Well worth every penny!
