he courses seem to be laid out well and in line wth what Im trying to accomplish. Ive done some practices and dont see the checkmarks tht Im fisinshed, only reason im giving a 4 instead of a 5, great courses Cody and Vikram!! It also seems so logical, it is very helpful!!

The TRIS program is well laid out and so far, (I am only part of the way through the course as I write this) easy to follow along with the guided video format. I have a lot to learn but even when I started the course the coaches have you commit to 29 minutes per day. It's not about the 28 vs. 29 or 30 minutes but that they will check in with you to make sure you are committed to the work. The group coaching/training sessions have been great. I want to give a special shout out to Ale. During my first call with TRIS, she was my point of contact and went way above and beyond a basic onboarding call. I am looking forward to continuing with the course and putting in to action/getting to work.
