Avoid this place at all costs. My appointment time was changed twice without my consent, and they switched the therapist I originally booked without informing me. When I arrived, the receptionist was there to check me in. However, after I was directed to the waiting area, I realized the therapist was late. Over five minutes past my start time, I had to ask the receptionist what was happening. She had to go to the break room to remind the therapist, Sunita, to come out. It took another five minutes for her to get ready. She finally emerged over 10 minutes late without offering a single apology. The worst part occurred once the session began. I chose to leave my shorts on, which is my personal preference for all appointments. Sunita aggressively questioned this, stating it should only be underwear. When I repeated my preference, she literally stuck her hand down inside my shorts and said, "What's the problem? You have something underneath." This was incredibly rude, deeply inappropriate, and an alarming violation of physical boundaries. To top it off, despite starting nearly 15 minutes late, the session ended 5 minutes earlier than scheduled. Total lack of professionalism and basic respect. What a joke!

I went for a massage and a foot bath. It was exactly what I needed after a long and stressful summer on my feet and under the beating sun! Great staff that went above and beyond service to assist all of my needs, it was a great and relaxing experience.
