I extended my stay in Vancouver substantially, and therefore needed a dental cleaning and a check done away from home and my trusted dentist in Austria. My wife had organized an appointment at South Oak Dental, as she had been a long term client here with very good experiences.The cleaning was done very well and thoroughly by Fadilah. As a new patient she also did an in depth determination of the status of my teeth including the measurement of the pocket-depths and documentation, x-rays and questions on my own cleaning practices. She made some clear statements and advises which convinced me of their "preventive approach" also known from my dentist back home. Dr. Gurek did a very close check as well and explained me my teeth's status and options. I opted for a small filling done a few days later. I felt very comfortable in that treatment by Dr. Gurek. He explained what he was doing in each step. I have a long dental history with implants, bridges, crowns and even a sinus-lift. I must say, my experience at South Oak Dental was extremely good, and I can truly recommend this dental practice - from the professional perception, as well as from the very friendly and personal interaction. At last, even the view from the chair to the "Lions teeth" mountains in the north was a bit sensational, as well as the exchange of some personal travel experiences. That also refers to Indraj at the reception desk. Happy to come back, if necessary.

I am not very good in writing but I can said everything is perfect and very happy. I know it has changed name but I still have two hygieneist since 1978.
