I came this place with DEF issue, my truck was not taking DEF and had couple of codes showing. This place is heavenly for truck drivers and truck owners . The reception from their service department is comforting and promising. Dane is so much detailed and knowledgeable about the issues a customer is having, he was able to take me through every step of the way from diagnosis, quotation, parts arrival …. to the completion of the repair. When the lunch time came he offered one of their vehicles to me so that I can go get some lunch, that is just one of the things I have never had from any other truck repair shops and I never expected to ever get. They do have a nice lounge with games where you wait as the repair is done. What else can you ask for when you are in trucking business ? This whole team respect what they do plus their customers. I would come back for a wiper blades replacement just to experience this awesome service. Had a air line going to a brake chamber that had a hole rubbed through it. Called and they said come on over buddy we will be waiting. Upon arrival went and checked in and they pulled my truck right in. They found the hose and replaced it. About 1 hour labor and the part was only $133.00. Can't beat that pricing anywhere.
