Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience.This shop charged an unreasonably high amount for what should have been a simpleIssue , and as soon as I left the shop my truck developed electric problemsI cannot say with certainty that the shop caused the problem without a proper mechanical investigation, but the timing and circumstances are extremely concerning.The communication, pricing, and overall service were unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that other truck owners and fleet managers carefully verify the work, parts, fluids, and charges before authorizing repairs at this place.

Due to circumstances didn't get to complete full repairs, but these guys are a above and beyond. The type of diagnostics and estimate they provide is rarely seen elsewhere, and commitment to their customers is just immaculate. You will be well informed and in a timely manner with photos and videos, and no hidden costs or fees. Highly recommend giving them a chance, will be my first call whenever in area 11/10

Spoke with lead tech who is a good friend about shop availability because the company i work for needed service on one of our trucks for a brake job and bunk heater repair. I proceeded to call the shop phone number for scheduling spoke to someone who asked me what I was needing I then explained it to him. He stated that he would have to talk to the tech about availability and he will call me back. It’s been over 10 days and no call back. Not surprised because the guy never asked me my name, phone number, or even make and model of truck.
