Everyone here is fabulous and very attentive. Kathrine is very nice as well as Roquel. I was always very nervous and had built up anxiety over going to the dentist, however, Dr. Lawrence has made me feel comfortable being at his practice and i always left without having had any anxiety. He is also very knowledgeable, respectful and has the best smile ever!!, I myself, left with a smile on my face :) :) And the waiting room is clean and appointments always run true to time! It is very difficult finding a dentist that makes you feel comfortable. My very first experience has been great at Cosmopolitan Dental. The staff are welcoming and polite. I called to make an appointment because they advertise that they are accepting new patients and my insurance listed this office as one they fully cover. Then the receptionist claims that they aren’t accepting anymore patients from my insurance company? This is nonsense this place has to be scamming people. I have never heard any respectable office say they are accepting new clients but not from “certain insurance companies”. I would have full coverage, what do they want me to pay out of pocket? Less

I’ll never go back it’s a waste of time. My insurance coverage is pretty good I haven’t had any issues before. Dr. Lawrence told me that I need a crown but I have to wait till they get approvalI, I said no problem can I do a cleaning since I came he refused😂 Left there office then they called me to come back for X-rays . I called after a crown I had put in by another dentist not even a year ago fell out. I was in pain and of course beside myself. The receptionist whose name I cannot remember, couldn't have been nicer. I got an appointment for that very day. When I got there, that receptionist was just as nice and friendly, the assistant that set me up made me feel comfortable, and Dr. Lawrence delivered the terrible news that I was expecting- that I needed a new crown. He was patient, he was kind, he was gentle, he took time to explain everything to me. I was literally in tears. The whole experience could have been the absolute worst but they made it as best as it could be. The crown is $1500. My insurance won't cover it because it's a crown on the same tooth that is not even a year old. I'm still going to try to see if the insurance company will remiemburse me for some of it. I do know that this office and it's members did everything they could for me. There are few times when we are just so volunerable, one of those times is any time at a doctor's office. I'm so glad my friend recommended them. I can not convey the care and time they spent making sure I was OK and explaining everything to me. I'm so thankful. I go back in a few weeks to get my new crown put in and I can't wait. I can already a difference between this temp and the work the other dentist did. I'll be making this office my new dental office. Magnificent. I came in with no appointment and a swollen face😢 the receptionist was kind & understanding and “squeezed” me in. The dental assistant kept me company and listened to all my concerns and worries and made me feel so safe and comfortable. I knew what was going to happen before the dentist even entered.
