Not only were they able to fix the leak the same day that they came out, but the team that came out was incredibly helpful and patient in answering our questions and helping us understand what was happening. They were able to find the leak that the other pool company could not find. Top notch service from scheduling through follow up!!

Awesome experience with these guys! They came out and were dedicated in their search for our leak which has eluded other professionals and really been a tough problem for us this summer! We appreciate their professionalism, communication, and thoroughness. They went above and beyond, helping us with our pool’s ph and other chemical issues since the leak threw us off. Highly recommended!!!

Just had another outstanding service call from Level Up Leak Detection. Nathan and Lewis came out this morning to provide additional diagnosis for a nuisance leak that I’ve had. They were very professional and removed and inspected the light fixture and they found and repaired a leak in the steps. Outstanding work by a great team of professionals. I highly recommend using them for any pool issues you may have and their services are top notch and state of the art. Thanks again for another outstanding service call

There aren’t enough stars out there for these guys! There is a level of excellence from this company that is a rare find these days. They really are a level up! After contacting multiple other companies who either did not contact me back or had an exorbitant wait time, I was so pleased by the promptness and politeness I was treated to at Level Up. The communication was next level and I always knew exactly when they were going to show up. I would definitely choose this company again😊

I reached out to find someone that could help us with a likely leak in our pool. Within a few hours of me reaching out, they already had me on the schedule for a few days later. They were very detailed and after a lot of investigating, were able to determine where the leak was. They then got my repairs scheduled for less than a week later and did a great job with not only fixing the issue, but also updating my system so that it will be easier to fix if any future problems arise. Their pricing was also very reasonable and the technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. 10/10!

Nathan and Lewis were absolutely wonderful to work with! Lewis came out to our house to fix a leak in our pool pipe. He was quick, friendly, and professional and told us exactly what he was doing to fix our issues. After the initial visit and leak was fixed, part of the new pipe design caused the pool heater to not turn on. We had a big party planned and needed the pool heater going ASAP. Nathan Came to the rescue and came out after hours to fix the flow issue and get the heater going. He truly went above and beyond to help out!I am so impressed with their customer service, their effort to fix the issues, and the quick communication through text and calls. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them for any future issues! Thanks so much Nathan and Lewis for your hard work to get the pool ready for my daughter’s party! We are very thankful! 6/5 stars!
