Then a good size building on the same property within 50 yards for the reception. A/C worked great which was a relief from the summer heat. The staff was great to work with. I recently got married here and overall would 10/10 recommend! Jessica, our coordinator, was absolutely phenomenal. She was so present, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything ran smoothly. The day would not have gone nearly as well as it did if I hadn’t decided to splurge on having a coordinator—she truly made all the difference.Of course, not every moment of a wedding day is perfect, and we had a few small things go wrong—but every single one was handled quickly and professionally by Jessica. Having someone so calm, capable, and on top of everything made it so easy for me to just be present and enjoy the day.One small note—I was a bit disappointed that the person I had my decoration consult with wasn’t there the day of, as a couple of details didn’t quite carry over. That said, as any bride knows, the day goes by in such a blur that those little things quickly fade compared to the bigger picture.Overall, I have so much love and respect for the organization and professionalism of the entire staff. They truly care about what they do, and it shows. I’m so grateful for the role they played in making our day so special 🤍✨

My best friend just got married here and we has such a wonderful experience with this wedding venue from start to finish. The property itself is absolutely beautiful — the scenery created the perfect backdrop for our big day and truly made everything feel so special and romantic.The wedding package included decorations provided by the venue, with the understanding that we would be setting everything up ourselves. While we were prepared for that, Linda and Aaron went above and beyond to help us bring everything together. Their support made such a difference — they stepped in, helped arrange the décor, and transformed the space into something absolutely stunning. It ended up looking even more beautiful than we could have imagined.We are so grateful for their kindness, effort, and attention to detail. Sunset Oaks is absolutely amazing! My daughter was married there on March 22 and I could not have been more pleased. The entire experience was beyond reproach; from the tour, the communication, the advice, the detailed information and the grand finale. They had multiple staff at the wedding offering help and services the whole day. I don’t want to mention names out of fear that I will forget one! The wedding coordinator, Macy, was outstanding and relieved all stress and I highly recommend. The bar service and DJ that were provided were also stupendous! Thank you for helping to provide my daughter with the wedding of her dreams. The service definitely outweighed the cost and I’m so glad that we invested in one of the packages.Highly recommend

Sunset Oaks Venue first caught my eye because of their super detailed and transparent website (go check for yourself!), no questions left unanswered. As a bride who was not yet living local this was huge for me as I couldn’t easily go visit there. So we booked on a hope that it was as beautiful in person as it looked online, my now husband cried when we were doing a tour and he saw me in the mirror of the bridal suite. Their help with every detail and decision made wedding planning SO MUCH easier and their decor closet is something I think every venue should have. They were super professional every step of the way and really showed they were experts in this area and set the standard for how all venues should be. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to get married! (Also the name really speaks for itself… the sunset was truly incredible there, such breathtaking scenery)

My daughter and her husband got married here on September 6, 2025. Everything was beautiful and perfect. The whole day ran smoothly and as far as we know not one hiccup. Amber had to fill in at last minute as coordinator and did a great job and made sure my daughter's wishes were met. As parents all we did was have to show up and enjoy the day. From the venue booking the catering and the DJ and all the decorations that was available for us to use that was 3 less things we had to do. It was nice knowing that my daughter was not stressed about anything and got to relax and enjoy her day. I highly recommend Sunset Oaks for your special day.
