Josh had the interior professionally cleaned and steamed as part of the deluxe interior detailing. He was responsive throughout the process and consulted me about the specifics of the car and any parts that needed particular attention beforehand. The sprays he used had little odor and doesn't have the harsh chemical fumes or alcohol smell that some other sprays may have. The car's interior looked close to new afterwards, and I was satisfied with the result.
