This was reflected during the entire experience, especially as I checked in with him from time to time asking about various questions for a mini detailing kit I was trying to prepare for emergency situations. It's clear that Josh loves his craft, and it shows in how he treats the customer and the car!Now to the actual service: I got the express detailing package for my 2017 Subaru Outback as it was not excessively dirty. However, he was very thoughtful and thorough with all corners of the car. I haven't seen the car so squeaky clean in so long! There was tree sap which stained the car in several areas, which he charged extra for as it wouldn't come off with the normal wash routine. The entire process took longer than expected (scheduled 2 hours but worked for 3).Total cost: 150 for basic, 15 for sap removal

Joshua did an amazing job on my car! He was professional, honest, and incredibly detail-oriented from start to finish.Before applying the wax, he carefully cleaned the paint, then applied the wax, allowed it to cure properly, and thoroughly inspected the entire car with a light to make sure nothing was missed. I really appreciated how much care he put into every step.What impressed me most was his honesty. He brought extra products just in case I needed them, but after finishing the job, he checked my wax and told me I had only used about one-quarter of the bottle, so I could use it several more times. That level of honesty and professionalism is hard to find.If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about doing quality work and putting the customer first, I highly recommend Joshua!

Josh is just an amazing and friendly guy! His work is extremely professional and he definitely is a master in what he does. I had a 7+ year ceramic coats done on my BMW 330i and I couldn’t be more impressed. My car was from 2021 and the previous owner didn’t take care of the paint at all so it looked extremely dull and there were light scratches here and there. After Josh spent 8hrs working hard on it, the paint looks like it came right out of the factory! No more scratches at all! My car is so shiny and it just looks amazing. The ceramic coating is also amazing with repelling water and it makes it 10x easier to wash.I couldn’t be happier for the quality of service I received and for the price which is way lower than what many shops charge! Also the convenience of Josh doing it at my house was perfect. I plan ongetting a Ford F150 ceramic coated next by Josh!

10/10 would recommend Josh from Spec Auto Detailing to folks in the area! I got the deluxe detailing package for my 2011 Honda Fit that hasn't seen a real deep clean in many years. There were crumbs and debris on the carpet, dust all over the dashboard, and the exterior paint had some material that was really caked onto the surface. Prior to my appointment, Josh had asked if I had any questions about the process or any areas of concern I would like to address. He was incredibly communicative during the process. During the appointment, he diligently worked on the interior and exterior for a little over 4 hours. My car is this refreshed shade of white I've never seen before. Josh had the interior professionally cleaned and steamed as part of the deluxe interior detailing. He was responsive throughout the process and consulted me about the specifics of the car and any parts that needed particular attention beforehand. The sprays he used had little odor and doesn't have the harsh chemical fumes or alcohol smell that some other sprays may have. The car's interior looked close to new afterwards, and I was satisfied with the result.
