Today’s experience was nice. Justin is friendly and does appear to care about the customers. I myself has had issues with my right aid. I came in today, he listened and does appear to help resolve my issue.He has stated he doesn’t plan on going anywhere. This is a MAJOR relief to feel as one should feel with the care of the customers. As well as being able to see a familiar face is a great benefit.I will say that Belton does have a revolving door. Having Nick in Greenwood location was nice to actually see someone who wasn’t revolving. He will be missed.
