I highly recommend Doug Jordan. His professionalism as a Beltone hearing aid specialist is exemplary. From the initial appointment, he listened intently as I explained my hearing loss. Five things were clear after the completed hearing evaluation: (1) Options to improve my hearing. (2) Explain the comprehensive hearing audiogram levels in depth. For example, I never knew that certain words were difficult for me to hear in a conversation because of the tone. (3) Freely ask questions. When answering, Doug showed me his hearing aid. This made the visit more profound. (4) Learning how to use my hearing aid and the Beltone Hearmax app. (5) Homework assignment. Practice wearing your hearing aid. No shortcuts here😆.Doug provided step-by-step instructions, adding significant detail on proper hearing aid fitting and care, along with counseling. He goes above and beyond as a hearing aid specialist.
