Dana arranged to have a new hearing aid to replace my damaged one sent to the Beltone office in West Ashley, which is much cleaner to me in my downtown home than the Holy City office in Mt. Pleasant.Dana told Beth at the Beltone office that I would Uber there to get the replacement and she coordinated the delivery with me, giving me Beth’s hours of availability. When I arrived on Tuesday, Beth was there to outfit me with the nee cross hearing aid that Dana had located. My warranty meant I was not charged one cent.I was very happy with the speed with which Dana set up up the delivery of the cross hearing aid to the Beltone office in West Ashley and that Beth was there to make sure the replacements worked properly, which it did.Many thanks to Dana and Beth and Holy City Hearing.TomGrubisichA very satisfied customer
