I had not been to Holy City Hearing since Derrick and Nancy retired. I received a flyer in the mail and decided to go. I was very pleased to find that the service quality remains top notch. All that I encountered were friendly and knowledgeable. I had many questions. My hearing aids were inspected, cleaned and had their domes replaced. My hearing was tested and my hearing aids adjusted in order to better address my hearing loss. I was given a much needed refresher course on how they work. We have scheduled a follow-up appointment so that my wife and I may learn more.Update- I continue to be very pleased with the services provided by Dana and Grace. They are both extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Grace was able to identify the issue and resolve it quickly and professionally.
