The Best Hearing Exam I've ever had. Nobody has ever tested my hearing the way Mr. Michael J. Thomas had. I told him that he has SKILLS, he explained everything and All the results came out saying the same thing. I just want to say Thank You!!! GOD BLESS And Have A Merry Christmas Everyone!!! I want to add that the customer service for the hearing aids is awesome!!! I know if anything goes wrong with my hearing aids I will have repairs done for the rest of my life. I can take it back and it will be adjusted in whatever way it needs to be done for repairs.Truthfully, BELLTONE is a blessing to me! Because I used to stand in front of the speakers when we went out to disco's, Just so that I can hear the music real loud and feel it in my bones. Thank you, Beltone!!!BELLTONE is Blessed to have a gentleman like Mr. Michael J. Thomas as a member of their team. I was surprised that he found the problem that was wrong with my Hearing Aid, the Right one. He sent it to get it repaired because I have adjustments for life with BELLTONE. I went back to BELLTONE for Mr. Thomas to check my hearing aids because I kept hearing everything around me when I thought I was setting my hearing aids right. It was a good experience. The office was nice. There was complimentary coffee and water available. The receptionist was pleasant. The man who performed the testing was awesome. He explained everything in a way that made sense. He was very thorough. He made sure we were able to pick one in our price range. Highly recommended
