I visited the moncks corner location the receptionist kelly was really kind and helpful. I was cared for by Shelby. She was compassionate and patient with me while explaining my hearing loss. She has helped me so much and gave me a big relief. I am excited for my hearing aids to arrive. Thank you Beltone 💗

My son's hearing aids stopped working all of a sudden and I found Beltone on Google and that took care of me with the quickness and got my son's hearing aids fixed!!

I came in for a consultation to get ear molds done for some custom earplugs. I came in expecting to discuss costs to get my molds done—instead, I was guided to an office where I not only got the molds done, but also a hearing test, all in less than 30 minutes (maybe 45 with the wait time). When I asked what the cost was, I was told there was no charge! For how quick and easy this appointment was, I was fully expecting to pay some kind of charge, but nope! If I ever need to get my hearing checked out again, this location will be my go to!
