As a long time hearing aids user I was expecting an evaluation of my hearing and then a sales pitch on why I needed new instruments and how many thousands they would cost me. Shelby did a thorough test and adjusted my existing ones to see if I was happy with them. I will go back in two weeks after checking them out in different environments. Great improvement so far.
