I met Greg Critchley almost a year ago when he gave an educational session on hearing loss, sharing his personal story - there was no marketing involved. I appreciated the information and decided yesterday to go for my free hearing assessment as a birthday present to my husband (who has been telling me for years that i am “loosing my hearing”🥴).Greg immediately made both my husband and I feel relaxed. His approach to the hearing assessment was again educational. As a health care professional I had many questions which he was totally equipped to answer. He included Kent, my husband, throughout the testing process.To my husband’s surprise, I had a normal hearing test result requiring nothing but a follow up in a year.This could have easily ended by Greg recommending hearing aides if he was in it to make a sale. I will absolutely return in a year and will recommend him to anyone needing a baseline assessment or hearing aids!Thank you for your professionalism.
