Everything about this experience and company has been truly supportive, helpful, and honestly amazing. I purchased the original Kailo Patch (1 year version) about a year of so ago to help my husband with some shoulder pain. He liked it but his pain resolved and did not need it any longer. About 2 months ago I started to have pain in between my shoulder blades. I pulled the original patch out and it initially helped my pain. However the pain finally settled in my upper neck after a few days and has remained there. I had difficulty getting the current patch to really adhere around my neck due to the difficulty of that location and I contacted Kailo customer support for helpful tips. They gave me some but those did not really work for me despite the extensive time they spent with me looking for solutions. I reached back out to them for further tips, and they offered me an opportunity to be a beta tester for their new Kailo 2.0 patch that will be coming out soon. This patch was a game changer! It is extremely flexible and allowed me to position it right where I needed it. And the adhesive does not bother my skin (I have a lot of chemical allergies) and does not leave any residue. I am unfortunately still dealing with the neck pain, but this patch has helped so much. Some days, I have no pain at all. And on others, I have manageable pain but only with the Kailo! Everything from their customer service to their superior product has been outstanding. Their support team is so knowledgable about the product including placement tips. And they offer a concerierge call with their staff if needed, to give additional 1:1 feedback about better ways to place the patch to help your pain. I never expected when I bought this to help my husband that I would be the one wearing it daily, but I am grateful for the opportunity to use their devices. Kailo patches have really transformed my pain and they are a truly viable option for so many people who deal with daily pain.

Kailo pain patches has a great customer service department. Everyone has been courteous and helpful. They use nerve pathways to place the patches. When the staff helps with the patch placements, they are more successful than when I put the patch on where I think it should go.

This thing changed my life. I live with chronic, persistent nerve pain in my back due to scoliosis and the kailo pain patch reduces my pain by 80-90%. I wear it all the time except in the shower. Absolutely love it

The Kailo 2.0 patch is marvel in pain management and medical technology. It is extremely thin, lightweight and comfortable to wear to the point that you almost forget that it is there. Win-win!

Kailo labs is awesome. The customer service is really great. The products actually work to relieve my pain I have had 4 vertebrae fused in my lumbar back, which fi x ed some areas of pain and caused more. I have chronic severe pain in my hips, lower back and neck. Most days the level of pain is a 7 out of 10 and makes me unable to function. With the kailo 2.0, the level of pain drops to a 3! Amazing!! The new 2.0 patch is much more flexible, and I can comfortably wear it, even on my neck. I love the adhesive as well. I have used the patch for 2 weeks and I've only replaced the adhesive once. I can move the patch and the adhesive remains sticky. It is not painful to remove. It is more like a silicone adhesive. I can't wait for the 2.0 patch and adhesives to be available. I need to get more! One more for myself and a couple for my husband. Wow! Thanks Kailo!!

I received a prototype patch that Kailo is developing. The company representative was very helpful in sending diagrams of the new pain I have been experiencing in my shoulder; previously I have used their products to help alleviate lower back and hip pain. My pain level in my shoulder was at a 5-6 level when I received the new product; after wearing it a few hours 2-3 days, my pain is now a 0. (I am thinking I must have strained a muscle and it let up after a couple weeks). Love the flexibility of the new patch, it is a big improvement over the original Kailo patch which I found too stiff and uncomfortable to wear (location and movement have a lot to do with that.) I have a slight sensitivity to adhesives so I tend to avoid wearing anything 24/7. The new adhesive did not trigger my skin after 12 hours, but it also did not retain its stickiness very well once it was removed. (The previous adhesives I used with the Kailo flex patch would retain stickiness if I put the backing over them and then reused them, usually could get a week's use out of one sheet of adhesive.) I still would recommend this new patch, it was effective in managing my pain level.

My experience with the 2.0 patch has been so good. I love the flexibility and softness of the patch. It allows me to place it in the correct spot ( curved around the top of my shoulder) to help pain reduction. I am waiting for a shoulder replacement scheduled on 4/16/26 and this patch is helping more than the other Kailo patches (I have both types) have done. The adhesive is much easier to change than the adhesive on the original flex version. I am a long time Kailo user that started with treating my back pain and always opt for trying them as a first step in pain relief before taking any of my Tramadol.
